What Our Customers Say....

In a sense, whatever we say is only half the story; what our customers say is the more important other half. After all, they are perhaps more qualified than anyone to tell you what sort of people we really are, and why we’re different. Here’s what they told us:

Thank you for your prompt attention to my call for help on Tuesday, when water was pouring into the ground floor of my home.  You kindly arranged for D to come late in the afternoon, to see if he could repair the leaking hot water pipes between the first & ground floor. D arrived as you had planned, but after a discussion with him we decided that it would be better for him to carry out the repair work the following day as we had other matters to attend to. D promptly returned yesterday, Wednesday, at 08.10, completing repairs to pipework which had been damaged by mice. My wife & I have never seen, or heard, mice since we moved into our newly built home in November 2008. However, we should not have been surprised because D found that mice had eaten away some plastic elbow connections in a roof space, during an earlier visit this year to help us.
 
We had to leave D in the house, on Wednesday, as we had to go to Windermere. We were delighted, on our return, to find that the repairs had been completed, the carpet relaid and everything in place. Not a speck of mess to be seen. Although we thanked him for his help before we left at 11.30 am, please will you kindly convey our appreciation to him for his repair work & for bringing a length of material to cover the staircase carpet? Most thoughtful.
 
By your immediate attention to my call and the successful, & tidy, work by D and also the earlier work with the boilers arranged through you ,C, and previously L ,completed by C, D, T, P, S & T, (they said "We won't leave until it's all running properly") my wife & I are impressed by the service from Logic. You get the work done when you say you will, you're so polite, you're a delight to deal with and things are done right the first time. Thank you all for being so efficient!

Background information: This family hadn't heard of Logic before they saw our advert in the paper, they had suffered from a bad experience with another plumbing outfit previously who had botched the Warmfront application process resulting in non-reimbursement of money for the insulation. resulting in non-reimbursement of money for the insulation.,  resulting in them not being reimbursed for their insulation, and had fitted boilers that needed replacing after just two and a half years. They are glad to be with Logic now.
